Association Annual General Meeting
at St Owen's Bromham
on Saturday 18 May
15:00 Open ringing, 16:00 service,
17:00 AGM at which we will be voting on changes to the structure of the Association.

There are also some FAQs to be read in conjunction with the proposals.

 

The meeting will be followed at 19:00 by a
Quiz Evening and Supper.
A fun social evening for all ringers, friends and family. Bring a team of 6 or come as individuals to make up teams on the night 

 

£12.50 per person including supper. (Payment by cash on the day)
Supper: jacket potatoes with fillings, including vegetarian option.
BYO drinks.
Raffle in aid of the Association Bell Restoration Fund

If there is insufficient interest, the practice will be cancelled. If this is the case, on Friday evening we will email those who have signed up. Please note that it will NOT be possible to send out a further update or to put a notice of cancellation on the website.

 

 

BOOKING FOR EVENTS

We often ask you to commit to events in advance via GoogleForms or Doodlepolls so that we know that they are viable and to assist planning. If you have registered, we can then also easily communicate any changes or additional information to you.
We do realise that these are not everyone's cup of tea! However, using them to register for events makes admin for the organisers SO much easier ... saving us time and effort which we can then put into organising more and better events!! It also enables us to find out other information from you to assist with organisation.
GoogleForms or Doodlepolls do not cost us, or you, anything and are quick and easy to use. 
We will only ever use your data for the purpose which it was given and will never pass on to third parties.
