Membership & Subscriptions
We are now using a secure online system called MemberMojo to:
- manage collection of subscriptions
- keep members’ details up to date
- send out communications
- collect any donations members may wish to make to the BRF and R J Sharp Fund
It replaces our current systems, which are no longer an efficient way of managing our membership records.

Existing Members
Use MemberMojo to update your details and preferences and to pay your annual subscription.
Please sign into the Association’s MemberMojo secure account homepage here
Select Sign in at the top right hand side of this page and enter your email address and follow the instructions.
If your email address is not recognised, you will need to create a MemberMojo account as follows:
1. Click on the orange Join Us / Renew button on the MemberMojo homepage. This will take you to a New Membership Application form.
2. Please complete this and make sure that in Section 2 you select Existing member renewal from the drop down; don’t complete Section3.
New Members

To join the Association:
Please sign into the Association’s MemberMojo secure account homepage here and follow these steps:
- Click the orange Join Us/Renew button
- Fill in the online New Membership Application form, selecting the appropriate membership type, then click ‘next’
- Complete your details. Make sure that in Section 2 you select New member from the drop. the name of your proposer and seconder (having checked that they are happy to nominate you), then click the ‘Send for Approval’ button
- The Membership Secretary will check your application with your proposer and seconder.
- Once checked and approved, your nomination will be put forward for election at an Association meeting.
- Only when your election is confirmed will you be asked for payment via MemberMojo.
For existing or new members without online access
If you know of members / prospective members without email and/or internet access please print off the paper Membership Form available here Membership Form 2025 and ask them to send the completed form to the Association Treasurer, Sue Silver, 3 Heronslee, Shefford, SG17 5FQ or email a scanned copy to treasurer@bacbr.org.uk
Subscriptions
The 2025 subscription rates are:
- Resident members, aged 19 and over – £10 (of which £5 is a donation to the Association’s Bell Restoration Fund)
- Resident members, aged under 19 – £2.50
- Non-Resident members who were elected prior to peal attempts and subsequently ratified at an Association meeting) – £0 as from 1/1/2020
- Associate members – £2.50
The easiest way to pay your subscription is to ‘pay by card’ via MemberMojo.
However, you can also pay your subscription by:
- Standing order – download and complete this form: BACBR Subscription Standing Order – 2015 and send your completed form either to your bank, or to the Association Treasurer, Sue Silver, 3 Heronslee, Shefford, SG17 5FQ or email a scanned copy to treasurer@bacbr.org.uk
- BACS using the sort code 30-94-47 and account number 01418488
- Cheque (payable The Bedfordshire Association of Church Bell Ringers) to or cash direct to the Treasurer.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer please complete a Gift Aid Declaration so that we can reclaim the tax on your subscription and any other donations you make to the Association. Please complete the relevant section of the MemberMojo online form.
